During multiple tenures as CEO, COO and Director Medical & Administration in various private and public sector hospitals with bed capacity of 500 to 1000 in Pakistan and abroad,  applied systematic approaches for health care  planning to link it with the organization’s health vision, mission, and goal with  components essential for the provision of good quality healthcare that ensured patient safety and enhanced patients’ experience. Implemented principles, mechanisms, and tools for efficient financial management to improve patient care, minimize risk, made needed investments, and explored new revenue streams. Did costing and cost evaluation to make choices between alternative uses of resources.
